How quickly can care start?
Often we can arrange care services very quickly and at very short notice. Please contact us to discuss how quickly you require our services and we can organise a convenient time to come out and do a care assessment.
Is there a minimum visit time
All our visits are a minimum of one hour.
Who will actually visit?
All care assessments are carried out by our Registered manager and care at home services is delivered by our highly trained staffs.
What areas do you cover?
All of West Lothian and Edinburgh.
How do i know my loved one requires help or care at home service
There are signs to look out for and these signs often include but not limited to missed medications, muddled medication dosages, house chores slipping, falls, unsteadiness and hospital admissions, forgetting to eat or skipping meals, feeling burnt out from looking after loved one......
Is there any obligation when i arrange an assessment apointment?
No obligation or pressure and care assessment appointment is FREE.
